Our process:
A Blank Canvas (the initial consultation)
We start by pairing you with a trainer that is most qualified to get you your results. During these conversations, we’ll be able to find out your desires, and your current restrictions whether physical or mental and get an understanding of your WHY. Your trainer can then start planning the next steps forward and come up with a strategic plan to get you there.
Paint on Canvas (the plan)
All good paintings have a solid foundation, our trainer will make sure you have the 5 main areas of health and training covered so we can move forward into creating the image. This could include Mobility and flexibility, sleep hygiene, whole food/water consumption and compound movements for stability, strength and posture.
Refinement (the last 20%)
Once the foundations have been set and 80% of the results have been achieved we start to refine the areas in your lifestyle which will help us achieve the last 20%. This could be a mixture of habit stacking, mindset coaching, supplementation, energy management and more.
Persevering (making it a lifestyle)
Tracking results and setting long term goals help maintain the quality of the painting for years to come. The elements will try to diminish the quality of the painting so we’ll be there to stand guard and create long-lasting habits which will stay with you for the years to come.
