HYPER

Maximize Strength, Build Muscle, Burn Fat

Our sessions focus on key compound movements like deadlifts, squats, high pulls, shoulder presses, and pull-ups, engaging the maximum amount of muscle in the least amount of time. With personalized attention akin to a personal training experience in a group setting, HYPER is suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.

We emphasize proper form to ensure you train at your threshold safely, maximizing your workout without the risk of injury. Our sessions include crucial warm-up, core, and mobility exercises, along with prehab routines to prevent injuries.

METCON

Burn Fat, Move Better, Feel Better.

A total body workout focusing on shifting energy states, burning body fat, improving speed and athletic ability and helping you to move better and more efficiently. We offer a unique workout that prioritises you crushing your exercise - not getting crushed by your exercise. Think battle ropes, suspension training, sled pushes/pulls, unilateral (single side) work for stability and a lot more.

HYBRID

A combination of HYPER, METCON, and STRONGMAN (+ fun)

This session prioritises challenge and play. With a mixture of movements testing you both physically and technically HYBRID celebrates your progress with your training, all while keeping things exciting with games and mental challenges.

MOBILITY

Improve Flexibility, Posture and Breath Capacity

This session focuses on restoring length in tight muscles and tissues. We use a combination of stretching, trigger point, rolling and other methods to help you feel your best, you'll walk out feeling restored and walking on air.

Improving mobility in the right areas can decrease your chance for injury and allow you to move with greater technique. The perfect session to compliment your strength sessions.

YOGA

Restore, Renew and Re-energise.

Merging our bodies movement with our breath, this session resets our body and leaves you feeling anew. Using techniques from Hatha and Yin Yoga we use postures which assist recovery and improve energy levels internally.

No previous experience is needed with this session and we encourage each and every person to join, your Mind and Body will thank you for it.
